Atletico San Jose Joins Pacific Premier League

SAN JOSE, CA (June 24, 2024) – The Pacific Premier League announces Atletico San Jose as its newest member.

Formed in 2019, Atletico San Jose joins the Pacific Premier League for the 2024/2025 season.

“We are taking the step to join the Pacific Premier League because it's time for Atletico to compete at a higher level and represent the City of San Jose at the national level," Manager Angel Torres said. "Joining Pacific Premier and being part of the Southwest Premier League-to-NISA Nation-to-NISA pipeline is a major accomplishment for our club."

Athletico San Jose previously played in Liga Fraternidad in San Francisco before the COVID-19 pandemic, and has played in local leagues since.
