Pacific Premier Recap: JASA RWC First To 10 Wins This Season

OAKLAND, CA (February 6, 2023) - JASA RWC's second win over Juventus Academy may prove to be a pivotal moment for both clubs this season.

The Redwood City-based club shutout Juventus 4-0 at Red Morton Park on Saturday night, Feb. 4, keeping the winner top of the Pacific Premier while the other was sent tumbling to fifth in the table.

The victory give JASA RWC a league-best 32 points, four ahead of South San Francisco AC (28), which went on the road and won a 6-4 shootout at Modesto City FC on Sunday, Feb. 5.

Santa Clara Sporting (26) jumped up to third in the table with a 5-1 win vs. JASA RWC Under-23s, while Bay Area United drew 1-1 at Dublin Celtic FC on Sunday, and now sits tied or fourth with Juventus on 25 points.
